Where can I use my gift card?
Gift cards purchased on copafootball.com can be used on copafootball.com worldwide. You can also use gift cards in our Flagshipstore in Amsterdam.
What if the gift card doesn't cover / exceeds my order total?
If your applied gift card doesn't cover the total, you can use any accepted payment method to make up the difference. In case of unused balance, it will be carried over for future purchases and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. In case of a future purchase, you will again need to use your unique gift card code to activate the discount.
Can I use more than one gift card on an order?
Yes, you can use multiple gift cards on the same order.
How can I check the balance of my gift card?
You can check the balance of your gift card online or in our Flagshipstore in Amsterdam.
Terms and Conditions Giftcard
By using the COPA gift card, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
Puchasing
You can purchase COPA gift cards online on copafootball.com. Our gift cards are also available for purchase in our Flagshipstore in Amsterdam. Once your order on copafootball.com has been approved, we will ship the gift card via our transport partner DHL.
Redeeming
You can use your gift card online, worldwide on copafootball.com. You cannot exchange your gift card balance for cash or use the balance of the gift card to purchase another gift card. Physical gift cards purchased in our Flagshipstore in Amsterdam can be used both online and in the store. Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. In case of a future purchase, you will again need to use your unique gift card code to activate the discount.
Expiry
A COPA gift card has no expiry date.
Balance
You can check your COPA gift card balance online or in our Flagshipstore in Amsterdam.
Payment
The total order value for products purchased online or in store with a gift card includes (1) the price of the product(s), (2) value-added tax and (3) delivery charges where applicable. If the order total is more than the balance on your gift card, the remaining sum must be paid for by another payment method or another gift card.
Refunds
If you return a product originally purchased with a gift card, any refund due to you will be returned onto a new voucher code which you will receive via e-mail. If you return a product originally purchased with multiple payment methods, any refund due will be refunded to the payment method used for the original transaction up to the original amount due to that payment method. The remaining balance of any refund will be transferred to a new voucher code which you will receive via e-mail.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your gift card order, just like with every other product, provided that you have not used the gift card. In case of cancellation, COPA will refund the amount of the gift card to the original payment method used.
Lost or stolen gift cards
We cannot replace your COPA gift card without proper proof of purchase if it is lost or stolen. COPA cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a gift card as a result of theft or fraud.
COPA Cancellation
COPA reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review gift cards and orders where it is deemed necessary to do so, for example for suspected fraud or for other violations of gift card policies.
