Payment types
COPA accepts the following payment methods. It’s not possible to place an order through an alternative payment method to COPA. 

Refund
Refunds are processed within 10 working days. Some banks and credit card providers may take a bit longer to apply the credit to your account. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method by security reasons.
