COPA Return policy

How can I return my product(s)?
To return your product you need to login to your COPA account. There you will find an overview of your order history. Please select the order from which you would like to make a return by clicking on 'Detail'. There you will find all information about that particular order and on the bottom of the page you can click on 'I want to return some article(s)'. 

You can than select the articles you would like to return, select the reason of returning them and leave any other comment or remark about your return. By clicking on 'submit return' you get a confirmation that the return is processed in our system. Furthermore you will receive an e-mail that you need to print out and add to your return shipment for us to be able to process the return. In the shipment you place the unworn products with all original labels, hang tags and original packaging. Face masks cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Please note: when you send us a return from a non-EU country (such as the United Kingdom, USA or the Middle East), please make sure that you select 'returned goods' (or a similar term) in the content-sector of your customs declaration form and include the original invoice in your return shipment. In this way you avoid unnecessary customs charges. 

How many days do I have to make a return of a COPA product?
You can return the COPA product(s) within 30 calendar days from the day you have received them. 

When will the refund be made?
When we have received your return we will process it as quickly as possible. Please allow at least 14 days to receive and process your return. We will try to reimburse you within 2 working days after physically receiving your return.

Can I exchange a product?
You cannot exchange a product. If you'd like to do so, you need to return the product you'd like to exchange, following the above steps. Once you have made the return you must create a new order for the product of your choice.

Will COPA refund the shipping costs for the return shipment?
The shipping costs for making a return will not be refunded by COPA. Since the return shipment is your responsibility we recommend using a service where you can track & trace the parcel.
